Hi there,

I’m Ashley, an acupuncturist and the founder of Sanctum and Salute, based in beautiful Ballina, servicing the Northern Rivers of NSW. I created this platform to bring together all the modalities I offer in one convenient and welcoming space.

My journey into this field began like many others: with a personal quest to relieve my own pain and discomfort. This journey inspired me to explore various modalities and practices, eventually leading me to become a practitioner myself. Over the past decade, I’ve gained extensive experience in techniques that support and release the body’s muscles and connective tissues. In 2021, I deepened my expertise by studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, further broadening the ways I can support my clients.

At Sanctum and Salute, I draw on these tools to help each client find their unique path to balance. Whether you’re seeking gentle, restorative care or more dynamic, targeted approaches, I’m here to guide and support your journey.
